We'll talk about your progress, address any questions you have, look ahead, and make any changes as needed. Important > Please ensure that you have updated your progress and targets in the app as needed including photos, measurements, scale weight if required so that adjustments can be made based off relevant data. Please also come prepared with any questions you have and what you'd like to get out of the session so that we can get the most out of the 30 minutes.
