Q: How much time do I need to commit each week?
A: Around 3 hours total for workouts. Meals can be plug-and-play. The rest is quick check-ins and flexible habits that fit around your life.
Q: Is there a start date or can I join anytime?
A: This is a group intake and we all start together (Monday 11th August). That way, you’re supported from day 1 and moving in sync with the others.
Q: Do I need a gym membership?
A: No. The workouts can be done at home or in the gym with minimal equipment.
Q: What if I need help during the week?
A: I’m in your corner every day via WhatsApp — plus weekly check-ins and group support.
Q: What if I hate tracking food or find it overwhelming?
A: Totally normal! I’ll teach you how to make it simple, flexible, and not all-consuming. Many of my clients end up enjoying it once they know what they’re doing.
Q: Do I have to give up wine, chocolate, or social dinners?
